Athletic Clearance

Instructions

To participate in BTWHS Athletics during the 2024 - 2025 school year an Athletic Clearance must be completed before Jan1st of the present season. Athletic clearance will open in May 25th, 2024

Make sure you have the following before start your Athletic Clearance:


  1. Updated physical (must have physician signature and date)
  2. EL2 form
  3. Student must complete NFHS Courses 
  4. Create or sign-in to NFHSLearn account. Complete the following courses.
  5. Concussion in Sports course
  6. Heat Illness Prevention course
  7. Sudden Cardiac Arrest course
  8. Screenshot or Download certificate (certificate showing student name) for each course (certificate dates only accepted Beginning 5/25/24

Start Athletic Clearance

  1. Create an athletic Clearance account.
  2. Go to FHSSA
  3. Click and add new clearance, select current year, and Washington High
  4. Sport: click the sport you desire
  5. Note: Add all sports you plan to participate in during the school year
  6. Fill out all information and upload documents
  7. Upload : signed EL2 form, Concussion in Ports Certificate, Heat Prevention Certificate, and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Certificate.
  8. Notarized Drug Consent From
  9. Code of Conduct form
