Volunteering

1. Concessions: Volunteers are responsible for setting up the concession stand/table to be ready no less then 30 mins before the game start time. Families can sign up to donate an item to sell at the concession stand. Families that would like to donate an item to sell at a game...
2. Gate: Required to arrive 1 hour before game time. Stand/Sit at the fence of the parking lot and make sure everyone has GoFan tickets for the game. Sometimes may need to assist visitors with the app.
3. Announcers Box : Work with the scoring volunteer in setting up the box and for all the announcing during the game. There will be a PA script available on the night of the game for use. The coaches for BTWHS and away team are responsible for bringing their starting roster for announcing.
4. Scoring Table/Box: Work with the announcer to set up the box. Will need to obtain the scoreboard from the coaches. Training is available.
5. Recording Stats: Volunteer can sit in the stands and record stats for each play in the game. Ground balls, goals, saves etc..
6. Penalty Box: Sit on player side of field & record all penalties for Coaches.
7. Video : Volunteer will record the game for the coaches to upload to Hudl
8. Boys Team Parent: Assist the booster club/coaches in organizing away game meals for team & staff. As well any communication and anything else that the BC may need assistance with throughout the year
9. Girls Team Parent: Assist the booster club/coaches in organizing away game meals for team & staff. As well any communication and anything else that the BC may need assistance with throughout the year

Each family must sign up for a volunteer duty at a minimum of 2x for the season. It is crucial that each family sign up in order for our Home games to run smoothly.
